Maiflow is built for car wash operators who lose money to untracked water usage and manual record-keeping. Owners register their car wash, link smart meters via QR code or manual ID, and top up water units through an M-Pesa prompt. The meter controls a physical valve: flow starts when units are available and stops when they run out. Every valve open and close is logged with litres consumed, timestamped, and rolled into daily summaries exportable as PDF or Excel. The design covers the full product across mobile: onboarding, meter linking with live valve testing, activity logs, top-up flows, end-of-day reporting, and a bilingual interface in English and Kiswahili.
