A Tanzanian fintech came with an existing product that needed a full redesign and a set of new flows built from scratch. I redesigned the customer-facing mobile platform across onboarding, authentication, the wallet dashboard, payments, transfers, fund wallet flows, withdrawals, portfolio management, and settings. I also designed the KYC screens from scratch, covering bank consent, national ID verification, biometric fingerprint capture, security questions, and identity review and confirmation. The product integrates with a partner bank for account linking and serves users investing in a range of asset classes through a single mobile interface. The design balances a financial product's need for clarity and trust with the accessibility expectations of a market where many users are investing digitally for the first time.
